Meet our Founder & CEO, Nick Lysett.

With the majority of his career spent in the industry, Nick truly understands the world of Executive Search, Staffing and Recruitment. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched and scaled several companies, each reflecting his unique ability to blend traditional staffing methods with innovative solutions.

His journey in the staffing industry is driven by two key passions – fostering individual career growth and propelling businesses toward their true potential. He firmly believes in the transformative power of layering technology with staffing and recruitment and their ability to redefine an individual’s career trajectory, as well as a company’s workforce dynamics.

At Evolve Workforce Solutions, his vision is encapsulated in every facet of our operations.  Together with a dedicated team, he continues to drive our mission forward – helping individuals evolve in their careers, and companies evolve in their workforces.

Outside of work, Nick is active in his community and volunteers at several local charitable organizations. His hobbies include music production, hiking, and martial arts.

Meet our COO, Liza Yakimchuk.

With over a decade-long foundation built on commitment, dedication, and tenacity in the business arena, Liza has spearheaded corporate milestones, guiding businesses toward their pinnacle of potential. Her journey began as the CEO of a prominent Staffing Firm in Tyson’s, VA, where under her leadership, the firm saw exponential growth and international expansion, notably serving high-profile administrations and dignitaries.

Boasting academic credentials from Georgetown University and the University of South Florida, complemented by a PMP certification, Liza is a proponent of continuous learning and education. Her advocacy for an inclusive work culture and societal change is evident through her volunteer work, including co-founding the inaugural DEI Committee at the Project Management Institute in Washington, DC.

Liza’s roots trace back to a small town in Russia, where she was born to a Ukrainian-Russian family. Liza’s story is one of fortitude, embracing challenges to forge a brighter future. Apart from her corporate achievements, Liza harbors a passion for learning new languages. She has an affinity for painting, mixed martial arts, and the art of the sommelier.
